This company does not care about cycling nor their customers, I bought 2 brand new bikes & I've had a horrid experience. Research Jon burke, never buy from the "apple" of bikes. This is a bad company to do business with.

Stupid event is extremely loud and disruptive. For someone who works 3rd shift at a Hospital it's impossible for me to sleep. I get that it's a good event for the community and blah blah blah but have some decency when you can hear the speakers from 2 miles away there is an issue!
The facility is impressive and simplistic in design. As a trek owner I was interested in taking a tour and I was slightly disappointed. The tour guide was full of life and created a great atmosphere but sadly he didn't give a comprehensive tour of how the bike was made. He showed us around most of the facility and answered every question but it was mainly a tour of what it would be like to work at Trek. Overall I enjoyed the tour and would definitely recommend taking it but beware it's not very detailed about how the bike is made.
Please turn the loud speakers down. Inconsiderate to the citizens of Waterloo who live here. 7am to 10pm speakers blaring is over the top.
